Hah! Sometimes I feel like I need this print framed and sitting on my desk next to me. (Oh the woes of working on a computer for a living...) 

Well ladies, I haven’t exactly been pulling my weight around here lately. I’m slowly getting back into my normal routine after a whirlwind past month at work, so when I’m not forcing myself to get offline, I have a huge backlog of things I’ve been dying to post on LWS! Love, Nik

How awesome are these Woodcut Maps? You can take any location on Google Maps and have it transformed into a lovely woodcut piece. I am a big sucker for maps and nostalgic places, so I may have to look into this… Love, Nik

Today marks 6 months I’ve been married to a fabulous man and to celebrate I ordered a custom bus scroll with places that have special meaning to us. (ie: where we’ve met, lived,  got married, honeymooned, etc.)

I’d been wanting to order one of these prints for some time and this little anniversary felt like the perfect excuse. I ordered from the Transit Designs Etsy shop and am super happy with the result! The designer, Michael, is really fast and accommodating and I’d highly recommend ordering from him if you’d like to add a scroll to your home, too!

Saw this print on Pinterest tonight and it totally sums up how I’ve been feeling about San Francisco today. From waking up to a beautiful sunrise, enjoying the fantastic sunny + 70-degree weather in Golden Gate Park, catching a fabulous sunset over the ocean and bumping into good friends at a delicious restaurant/bar in the Mission, I’ve just been oozing love for SF all day long. Just had to give a shout out to the City by the Bay! Love, Nik
